She is a highly self-reliant and multidisciplinary professional, combining expertise in social research, statistical data analysis, marine conservation, and entrepreneurship. A Professional Dive Instructor (PADI/SSI) and Eco Diver (Reef Check, 2024), Ms. Al Lulu bridges academic rigor with field-based environmental engagement in Jordan, the UAE, and Egypt. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work (Honors) from Ajman University, she has served as a Teaching and Research Assistant in sociology and quantitative research. Her work involved mentoring research students in social and ecological statistical analysis applying tools such as SPSS and R for assessing community dynamics, social behavior, development trends and linking community well-being with sustainable development. Parallel to her academic work, Ms. Al Lulu built an early age strong career in marketing entrepreneurship, developed into freelance touristic dive guiding and coral reef monitoring following well-established blue economy principles.

Her earlier career starting at the age of 18 in business management and customer engagement reflects strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities. She successfully managed operational teams, coordinated stakeholder relations, and implemented efficiency-oriented strategies in the private sector, experience that continues to inform her work in collaborative research and conservation initiatives.
